Creekside Village is a 27 acre community located in Central Arkansas at the confluence of the North and South forks of Sylamore Creek near Mountain View, Arkansas. A strong sense of the Ozarks permeates through this master planned community and it's natural landscape along the White River.

The community's cottages are conceived as a small enclave of weekend and getaway homes to provide access to the area's many natural and cultural resources. Open living plans, stone fireplaces, screened porches, natural cedar wood interior trim and large windows with dramatic framed views are some characteristics incorporated into the homes. The cabin character also incorporates native materials, local building forms and traditional construction methods into each design. The material palette includes board and batten siding, natural cedar post columns, cedar shingle accents, native stone, and metal roofing.
