Sylamore CreekCreekside Village Project Description

Creekside Village is a 27-acre community located in Central Arkansas, at the confluence of the North and South forks of Sylamore Creek. A strong sense of the Ozarks permeates through this master planned community and its natural landscape along the White River.

The community’s cottages are conceived as a small enclave of weekend and getaway homes to provide access to the area’s many natural and cultural resources. The cabin character also incorporates native materials, local building forms and traditional construction methods into each design. The material palette includes board and batten siding, natural cedar post columns, Cedar shingle accents, Native stone and Metal roofing.

Creekside Village home sites blend with the natural harmony of the region, taking advantage of the surrounding hillside and bluff views and providing an ideal location for those interested in owning their own getaway destination. Native landscape materials have been incorporated to maximize privacy between home sites, and the development is connected throughout with hiking and walking trails.
